Manages notices of sums in arrears, delinquency status and persistent debt indicators of accounts.
The below information can provide an overview of the endpoints used to provide delinquency information. For more technical information, you can also view the Delinquency API Reference.
Call any of the following endpoints to get raised notices of sums in arrears. Notice of Sums in Arrears (NoSiA) is required to be given to an account holder once he has (fully or partially) missed paying the last 2 minimum payment dues from his last 2 statements.

Call any of the following endpoints to get information of unpayed dues, known as arrears, from past billing periods for accounts.

Call any of the following endpoints to get persistent debt calculations and indicators. Accounts are identified to be in Persistent Debt if they have continued to make payments which do not cover 2 times (Interest + Fees) charged over a specified period of time.
