Document Management | 1. Sending communications: Providing agents to send automated content letters and create personalised customer communications. This includes handling various types of correspondence, such as complaints, fraud, and customer service messages, tailored to the specific configurations set by each client. 2. Document deletion: Capability for a document to be deleted such as if a customer exercises their right to be forgotten (dependant on client configuration). 3. Communication history: Functionality for an agent to view all communication history sent by a client such as SMS, letters, emails and statements. |
