NewApply is a comprehensive solution that streamlines the handling of customer applications, providing tools for efficient review, decision-making, and document management.
Application Management
Functionality | Description |

Application search & view | The ability for a user to quickly locate a customer application so an agent can start work on reviewing the application information. |
Auto assignment | Functionality to automatically assign cases to agents by selecting the optimal application for them to work on next. |
Case lock | The ability to lock an application that is being worked by an agent so other users can’t amend any of the information within the application. |
Application processing | The ability for an agent to update an application’s status - such as ‘Pass’, ‘Decline’, ‘Cancel’, and more; allowing them to make swift decisions based on the information provided in the application. |
Document viewer | Provides agents with the functionality to review legal and referral documents, ID’s and more provided by the customer direct in NewApply by retrieving this information from NewDoc to support their decision making. |
