Application processingThe ability for an agent to update an application’s status - such as ‘Pass’, ‘Decline’, ‘Cancel’, and more; allowing them to make swift decisions based on the information provided in the application.
Document viewerProvides agents with the functionality to review legal and referral documents, ID’s and more provided by the customer direct in NewApply by retrieving this information from NewDoc to support their decision making.
