Digital Servicing

Allow customers to digitally manage their purchases and accounts with our mobile and web applications.

Overview

Our iOS, Android and web applications allow customers who have successfully applied for credit to manage their accounts online. You can decide what functionality you want to offer digitally and customise the applications to create a seamless brand experience.

Key Features

Allow your customers to get instant access to view and manage their purchases online.
Your customers get up-to-date balance information, allowing them to easily see what they’ve bought and what they’re able to spend in real time.
Allow customers to self-serve across the full lifecycle, from promoting offers and repeat spend, to supporting when things go wrong with a full suite of digital collections features.
Remove the admin and delegate management of your app stores to us or keep control and we’ll integrate with your process.

Setting up Digital Servicing - Branding

The first thing we’ll need to set up Digital Servicing is details of your brand. You can configure the customer-facing name of your web and mobile applications, the URLs and SEO criteria they’ll use, as well as brand iconography and colours displayed.

Configuration

Digital Servicing Domain

To ensure your customers experience a unified brand experience, we will apply your own domain to the Digital Servicing platform.

Item Description
Production domain This will be the URL that will be displayed on the browser when your customers are directed to the Digital Servicing platform to create their account for the first time or manage their account.

URLs will be appended with the relevant paths.
For example, the landing page will always be: www.reallygreatbrand.com/manage-my-account/login

Note: you do not need customers to type in the full URL string. Redirects could be set up so www.reallygreatbrand.com/ redirects to www.reallygreatbrand.com/manage-my-account/login.

However, consideration should be given to whether there will be a general marketing domain, as then you would need some distinction to be able to implement redirects.

Example:
- www.reallygreatbrand.com = marketing
- www.online.reallygreatbrand.com = redirect to Digital Servicing
UAT domain This will be the URL that will be used for your UAT domain, enabling you to test your features before production.
We’ll agree this with you based on the production URL provided.
IP Addresses for UAT AccessTo access our UAT environment, you’ll need to provide us with a list of IP addresses for us to whitelist. For security reasons, we are unable to whitelist any dynamic ranges.
